Lee harris
Sacred agents come in many guises...for me, Lee Harris is a true example of just that – a pure soul who shares, inspires and supports people.
Yup, Lee Harris is a spiritual rock star for sure! He rocked Dublin in one of his first in-person workshops post Covid in the summer. It was a delight to catch up with him in Europe again, after his cosmic rocketing career in California continues to find new altitudes.
Lee’s workshop was great to experience back in London pre Covid, yet post Covid he’s on fire as he explained of his excitement of being in a room with everyone’s energy together, adding to a truly heady mix for everyone present!
Lee is Master of his game and it was a joy to hear his channelled messages from the Zee’s live and his original music written with Davor Bozic. His book ‘Energy Speaks’ is a staple of mine and I’m loving dipping into his latest book “Conversations with the Z’s” too.

Dr Robert Holden
Robert Holden is the opposite of a force of nature, for he is nature itself.
Kind, patient, gentle and inspiring and very much allows his Purpose Club community to express their souls, as he does too by example, and to lead his followers fuelled by his commitment to remaining one of the herd, one of the congregation, one of us.
Robert bought us ‘Shift Happens’ back in the day and for me a dyslexic, I bought it because I associated it with SH*T happens – as it did and in fact still does – yet now I know about shifts and that by perceived problems in fact can find the blessing in these lessons that we can indeed then make the shift.
Robert and his equally sublime soulmate Hollie, his wife, host a Course in Miracles and they make you feel so at home in the family that they have created within their global group. They are a gentle tour de force ( if this is possible) kind and wise always listening to contributors and sharing too.
Robert’s latest book, Higher Purpose, is my new travelling companion – so much truth, humour and practical advice to tap into to find our purpose in life – I can highly recommend it.
Many of us have been bought up in dysfunctional families, and yet it is because of experiencing a parent incapable of the task of simply loving and nurturing you that we find solace and comfort in supporting and inspiring others who’ve known this as their truth too.
There are few men who can lead with gentleness and yet surefootedly to see people through to higher ground – Robert Holden is one of the blessed ones for sure.

Kyle Gray is the Leader of the Angel card Packs!
Kyle Gray is an angel right here, right now in person on earth. He is authentically all things angelic! Kyle is a true master of angel communication and author of numerous books including Angel Numbers and Angel Prayers.

Seriously, I asked about the Ace of cups card that flipped out for me just before I met him – I said to him I didn’t quite get it...and he answer blew me away! ( I would share usually, but on this one I’m keeping it to myself, for myself). Not a very Kyle’s way of doing things I know, as he is a passionate sharer – Kyle’s mission in life he explains in his frequent free webinars on looking after and understanding crystals, is that he wants to connect as many souls as possible and awaken them to the guidance and wisdom of crystals and angels.

Laura Day
Laura Day has been referred to as ‘One of Hollywood’s best kept secrets: the intuitive coach’ and I can so understand why.
She is the epitome of a sacred agent who empowers people so personally. Laura’s recent writing masterclass with her screenwriter husband Stephen on Instagram was so inspiring – ‘take a run up to the diving board’ was one of my favourite tips to be able get out of writer’s block.
What a fabulous evening too I spent in Laura Day’s company at her intimate Magic Ritual workshop at the legendary Life Centre in Notting Hill, London.
Laura is one hell of a beautiful, sassy, smart spiritual soul, an intuit and best selling author who’s buoyant and generous spirit lit up the room from the get-go. Laura was like an excited school-girl as she opened a huge shopping bag on the floor and invited everyone to help themselves to a sparkly gold pen and a coloured notebook – this generous gesture reminded me of an uber sexy version of Julie Andrews producing treats magically from her handbag in Mary Poppins.
Laura exudes an inner Vogue photoshoot-ready beauty and with her unique combination of New Yorker sassiness and spiritual joie de vivre I have never quite experienced such serenity and bundle of joy up close before ! I could actually feel that we were in safe and healing hands as well as being in for rather a wild ride too!
Who knew she’d enable us to turn our index finger into a wand? ...and ‘voila!’... we stated our desires as we pointed our newly intention-powered ‘wand finger’ in front of us...
Seriously... it was leap of faith and yet...did it work? Hell yes it did!! How else did I find myself with Laura in my Shogun driving her across Hyde Park on a dark night? It was totally surreal - I am so lucky to have been able to give her a lift in the heavy traffic as the chat was super fun and she shared a tip for a successful relationship that has been a game-changer for me!

Amanda Ellis is a spiritual power-house – a real life sacred agent for sure!
Meeting Amanda in person at Mind, Body and Spirit was a highlight and turned out to be a pivotal point for me spiritually too as we openly, truthfully, and lovingly shared a sacred and surprising moment within the bustling souls at the Festival.
Standing in the aura of Amanda’s Divine Feminine energy (and her chief guide Archangel Metatron), looking into her mesmerising aquamarine eyes, I glimpsed a piece of something so special it has fortified my DNA! In that stillness we shared a knowing, that she’s a fellow angel, a soul sister, and yet a strong leader – a fearless warrior for truth.
The courage Amanda has always shown leaves me in awe of her bravery every time, at never shirking to ‘go there’ on topics and subjects that others may shy away from yet Amanda pulls her spiritual sleeves up and dives in with compassion, as the true Braveheart she and all of her Heart Squad are!
Amanda, is a rare warrior of light - as well as a loving mother, wife, daughter and sister, she is an amazing soul who takes the time to record and share her poignant channelled messages on her youtube channel @AmandaEllis.
I left Hall 8 in Birmingham (yes number 8 people!), fortified not only by our conversation, yet with the aura of the @angeliccelestialcolours sprays Amanda and her team produce to help connect us to the Divine. I could not leave without the sprays of Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, Flame and Mirror Man amongst a few others. Ever since I started working with the sprays and the Christ Consciousness Self-mastery oracle cards I have attuned my spiritual consciousness beyond measure.

Jennifer Hawkyard
Getting to finally meet ‘zoom friends’ IN REAL LIFE is my ultimate joy – you just can’t beat the in-person feeling, experiencing a true sacred agent standing in their true uniqueness!
That’s why meeting up with Jennifer Hawkyard at Olympia a while ago was such a delight! We’d previously only met digitally on a game-changing Sara Landon channeling course. I hadn’t actually realised Jennifer was the incredible artist and illustrator of the many Kyle Gray oracle card decks I use daily, yet we connected through similar experiences of the love of our pets as the group shared channeling experiences.
So, as it turned out, I had already experienced her energy through her artwork. So I was super excited when I suggested that we meet in London where I was launching Sacred Bond (www.sacred.bond) Spending time with Jennifer made everything so special for me that day and made it great fun too!

All of her illustrations and artwork and filled with spirit that Jennifer channels into her work. It was lovely to meet a fellow animal lover who shares her amazing artistic healing gift with the world from her beautiful country home in Wales with her beloved pets who really are at the heart of her art.
Henika Patel
EXPLORING MY SENSUAL SOUL at a Tantra workshop at MBSF with the amazing Henika Patel.
I was lucky enough and brave enough to get out of my own way, leave all my hang ups, fears and preconceptions at the door, take a very deep breath and trust in my spiritual curiosity to experience and take part in a taster tantra workshop from The School of Sensual Arts.
So, on a muggy hot afternoon at the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival last year, I was unexpectedly transported back to my first day at school – quite literally, in one of the most profound and moving workshop lessons I’ve ever experienced.
The stunningly beautiful and sensual soul that is Henika Patel held our hands and lead us through the most exquisite emotional experiences. Without giving the whole content of this life affirming and playful workshop away (as I urge you to go and try one of these classes yourself) Henika built up our trust and lead us through fun exercises that got us back int touch with the child within. It was surprising in both its originality and effect – deep spiritual work with a light touch and so much enthusiasm and encouragement – ‘Henika is a sensual spiritual cheerleader for sure!’
Lots of movement, lots of dancing, role playing too - as both a parent and a child which for me was one of the most rewarding spiritual experiences I’ve had in a workshop – who knew?! Within the huge noisy auditorium Henika managed to create a womb of trust, a place where we were safe and where we felt loved and where we shared laughter and tears. Souls stepped into the light and stepped into the hugs – care was felt, profound kindness too.
I felt elated when we had finished all the incredibly original and varied exercises.
Tantra for me now is no longer something to be fearful of, I now better understand it, (as I had not understood it at all before as it turned out!) It was about trust, openness, ridiculousness, fun and deeply profound for the re-engagement of experiencing love. It’s incredible as we were all strangers and yet we felt the soul connection that afternoon. I left wanting more and to learn more and to experience more.
I was excited to see that The Sensual School of Arts have an amazing ‘Spring Awakening Spa’ that’s coming up in April – if you are tempted, follow that feeling – I did and the experience has stayed with me – it was beautiful, fun, moving, a real heart opener! Henika Patel is an amazing teacher and you can’t help but get enthused by her joi de vivre!
